Nope! As long as we have access to the vehicle and clear instructions (like where the keys are), you don’t need to be there. We’ll send a full report once the job’s done.

Please ensure your vehicle is parked in an accessible location and remove any personal items from the service area. Our technician will need space to work around your vehicle.

There is a small convenience fee for mobile servicing, which will be included in your final bill. This fee covers the cost of travel and setup.

We cover a wide range of areas within the Canterbury region. We are located in Christchurch, but wont charge any extra fees for travelling outside the city, (Rangiora, Rolleston, ect).
